- Tuesday Nights: Grass Fed Prime Rib! Straight from Paso Prime Grass Fed Beef, we’ll be roasting these puppies low and slow and serving ‘em up with House Made Creme Fraiche infused with Horseradish, Au Jus, Roasted Duck Fat Creamer Taters and Fresh Veggies… Dang, I’m hungy just writing this..
- Wednesday Nights: 3 course vegetarian tasting menu.. 3 courses of refined vegetable based dishes…each weekend we source out interesting items to create these dishes with..
